MVP On-The-Spot

Appreciation of exemplary effort is integral to the MVP Program, and MVP On-The-Spot recognition enables quick acknowledgment of your hard work. Anyone—residents, families, supervisors, or fellow team members—can swiftly acknowledge and appreciate individuals who demonstrate our core values. An MVP card is filled out to highlight commendable actions and is then presented to the deserving team member with our deepest gratitude..

MVP(S) of the Month

Alongside On-The-Spot recognition, team members at Alamar can also receive MVP(s) of the Month recognition. Team members who consistently receive MVP Cards within each core value category are honored with an MVP star pin to display proudly on their nametag, a visual reminder of their dedication. Alongside the pin, a personal gift is presented to recognize their invaluable efforts.

MVP of the Year

We know that feeling valued is critical to job satisfaction, and our highest honor seeks to show just how valuable our team’s work truly is. Team members who receive at least 6 out of 12 MVP of the Month Stars throughout the year are celebrated as Alamar’s MVPs of the Year. These exceptional individuals are honored with an annual party, a certificate of achievement, and their photo prominently displayed within the community to recognize their exemplary work.
